Leadership development;
Sydney based church leader Jeff Crabtree (principal of CCC Oxford Falls Creative Arts college) subscribes to the theory that Creative leaders get appointed to positions in churches because they are good at their creative craft, but many have little understanding of the skills required when it comes to leadership. His solution: Leadership can be taught. We also subscribe to this theory & we are passionate about getting involved on a hands on local level, to help creative teams understand, develop & implement strategies to be more effective leaders. This program can take many forms; 1:1 mentoring with your key leaders, key training with your leadership core & development & monitoring of effective training programs
